Jordan Source a program created under the umbrella of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship’s (MoDEE) Youth, Technology, and Jobs project (YTJ) and supported by The Crown Prince Office (CPO) will focus on positioning Jordan as the region’s go-to BPO/ITO destination. Jordan Source will:

• Promote Jordan’s BPO/ITO sector and highlight Jordan’s competitive advantage in comparison to other regional and global BPO/ITO hubs.
• Target international BPO/ITOs that are interested in establishing operations in Jordan, servicing their clients from Jordan, and/or outsourcing some of their services to Jordanian BPO/ITOs.
• Ensure with the coordination of relevant parties that the investor journey of potential leads primarily international BPO/ITOs goes smoothly by creating an enabling ecosystem that includes various support mechanisms.
• Focus on enabling existing BPO/ITOs in Jordan by creating a stakeholder engagement framework that will ensure the sector’s continuous growth and contribution to the digital economy. 
• Create a monitoring and evaluation framework (M&E) with all relevant stakeholders to ensure constant access to updated data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and information related to the BPO/ITO sector and establishing a business in Jordan.
